A vitamin is an organic chemical compound.It must be obtained by deit.some are for humans and not for animals.Vitamins are classified by biological and chemical activity.they are not by structurally activated.Vitamins have biological functions.some of the vitamins have hormone like functions .They are regulators of mineral metabolisms and also for cell and tissues growth.  

Importance of vitamins :

Vitamins are substances that our body needs for growth and development normally.There are 13 specific vitamins that our body needs.We can all get by our food.some of them helps us in preventions by medical problems.For example vitamin A prevents night blindness.A balanced deit provides us a great  varity of vitamins.We must need to take a daily multivitamins for better health.A healthy person requires vitamins as like an ill one.People  with disease have more body requirements then a normal one.

Magic of vitamins:

Vitamins helps us stay younger for a long time.vitamin A play an important role for anti aging agent.Its become skin shiny and smooth and keeps it younger.Vitamins in our deit keeps us healthy and younger.Most of the vitamins serve as catalysts in our body.Food that we take provides us energy for proper functioning.Vitamins form micronutrient part of our body.

Biologically vitamins are complex chemical substances presents in our food.There are many vitamins that regulates blood cells tissue growth,hormones,genectic functions in our body.Our body does not produced vitamins other than vitamin D.

 

Vitamin A:

It is very necessary for eyes.It is needed by the retina of the eye , in the form of specific metabolites. Vitami A also play a different role as an irreversible oxidizing retinoic acid which is an important hormone like growth factor for epithelial. It is found naturally in many foods like :liver,carrot,sweet
potatos,butter,pumpkin,papaya,mango,pea and milk etc.

Vitamins play an important role in varity of functions throughtout in our body as It play a role in visual cycle.Vitamin is also gene transcriptor. Dermatologically vitamin A becomes skin smooth and healthy.Younger and soft.
Vitamin A is fats soluble vitamin that absorbed fats from dietary fats in the intestine and then stored into the liver until it is needed.Very important for skin bones and mucous membranes. Carotenoids are powerfull antitoxidatns.These are found in carrots,meat,and apricots and all other green fruits and vegetables.Poor night vision and eye problems are its symptoms of deficiency.

Vitamin B:

It protects heart and nervous system from build up.It convert carbohydrates and fats into energy.Vitamin B provides best immune system to our body.It found in many naturally food items such as:meat ,eggs,fish,beans nuts,bananas and yeasts etc.

Symptoms of deficiency of vitamin B are skin disorders,fatigue,dirrahoea and muscle weakness.

Vitamin D:

Vitamin D needed to strengthen bones and teeth.It prevents cells and tissuesfrom harmful substances.Vitamin d gets from oil fish and also by fortified cereals.softenaing and weakening of bones andnervousness its symptoms of deficiency.

Vitamin K:

Its very essential for blood clotting.Its also prevents osteoporosis.We gain it by green leafy vegetables , soya beans and spring onions. Its deficiency is rare.

Vitamin E:

It prevents from cancer and heart disease.Vitamin E gains from vegetable oil,palm,sunflower olive and soya beans.Due to its deficiency nerves damage.

Vitamins and human:

Important vitamins are like fuel,man is like a car.Vitamins are fantastic and extremely useful for man.They are very important for all our sens organs.Lack of vitamins create problems in our body.

Fats soluble vitamins:

Vitamin A,D and k are fats soluble vitamins.They are stored in our liver and

fatty tissues.

Water solube vitamins:

Vitamin B -complex and C are water soluble .They are more fast than fats-soluble that are soluble in body.
