Official ingredient:
Magnesium trisilicate: 50g
Light magnesium carbonate: 50g
Sodium bi carbonate: 50g
Concentrated peppermint emulsion: 25ml
Double strength chloroform water: 500ml
Portable water q.s to make: 1000ml
Concentrated peppermint emulsion:
Peppermint oil: 20ml
Polysorbale 20: 1g
Double strength chloroform water: 500ml
Freasly boiled and cooled water q.s: 1000ml
Procedure:
Calculate and weight out the ingredients.
Reduce particle size of magnesium trisilicate
Mix both ingredients by geometrical mixing
Add small amount of sodium bi carbonate and mix
Slowly add sodium bi carbonate solution until pourable
Transfer content to 250ml measure
Add concentrated peppermint emulsion
Make up the volume in 50ml amber flat bottle.

Used in the dysphagia
Direction of use:
Dilute with equal volume of water before using
Dose:
Take 2 table spoon 3 times a day
